This method is well explained, but what if you are wearing pants? I am failing so see, I guess, how you reconcile having your legs in pants and remaining balanced over the potty.

I would imagine that if you pooped like this on a regular basis you would get the sufficient stretching, and might not develop as much body mass.. the ankle problems obviously won't help.. and i have no idea how this works with pants of any substantial construction either..
